Webshop orders and food aggregators on one stock count

Accept, reject, and dispatch without a second inventory.

ElintOm includes a webshop for catalog, cart, checkout, and order status. Restaurant brands connect Swiggy, Zomato, and Dunzo through UrbanPiper so menus, prices, and incoming orders land in ElintOm. A sale on any of those channels deducts the same stock as the POS. Direct Amazon and Flipkart marketplace connectors are planned. They are not the same connector as UrbanPiper.

  • Built-in webshop and customer order status
  • UrbanPiper for Swiggy, Zomato, and Dunzo
  • Same stock as the physical counter
  • WhatsApp updates when order status changes

The problem

An online order that does not hit the kitchen stock becomes a cancellation.

Menus on an aggregator and a separate webshop drift from the counter. ElintOm publishes from one catalog and deducts one quantity.

What is available on this channel

Webshop

Product catalog, cart, online checkout, a customer portal, and order status the buyer can follow.

UrbanPiper

Menu publishing, price overrides, and order intake for Swiggy, Zomato, and Dunzo. ElintOm does not claim a private direct API to each aggregator outside UrbanPiper.

Stock sync

Webshop, aggregator, and POS sales reduce the same item. Turning an item off in ElintOm is how the kitchen stops selling a finished dish.

Order actions

Staff accept or reject an online order, mark it ready for pickup, and mark it out for delivery.

Kitchen handoff

An accepted UrbanPiper order can enter the POS suspended kitchen queue. A new order can sound an alert on the kitchen or POS screen.

Planned marketplaces

Amazon and Flipkart direct connectors are planned. Shopify-style and website inventory sync described elsewhere on the site is a separate conversation from this aggregator connector. Confirm the exact channel on a demo.

No. Amazon and Flipkart marketplace connectors are planned. They are not described here as live.

The team follows up after you submit the form, walks through inventory, POS, and your channels, then scopes pricing from that conversation—not a public price list.
