Coupons, buy-one-get-one, and promotion rules at billing
Offers sit next to loyalty points, not in a second app.
ElintOm applies item discounts, cart discounts, coupon codes, and automatic promotions during POS billing and webshop checkout. Loyalty points remain a separate balance on the customer. Points earning and OTP redemption stay on the loyalty page.
- Item and cart discounts
- Single-use and multi-use coupons
- Buy-one-get-one and category offers
- Happy-hour price rules
A discount written on the bill is not a promotion you can measure.
Cashiers invent markdowns when the offer lives on a poster. ElintOm stores the rule, checks the coupon, and records what was redeemed.
Rules you can switch on
Line and bill discounts
Percentage or flat amount on one item, or on the whole cart, with manager override when the role allows it.
Coupon codes
Flat or percentage codes, single use or multi use, with a start and end date. Unused codes expire on that date.
Buy-one-get-one and category offers
Buy-X-get-Y, a store-wide markdown, or a rule that only hits one product category.
Happy hours
A time window can change the selling price for the items in that offer.
Where it applies
POS billing and the webshop use the same offer setup. Loyalty points are credited when the invoice is final, using the rules on the loyalty page.
Who configures it
Marketing managers and store managers set campaigns. Admins can override.

Offer performance

Customer notice
WhatsApp can tell the customer when points are earned or redeemed. That message is separate from a coupon code.
Offers and Coupons FAQs
No. A coupon is a promotion code or automatic offer. Loyalty points are a balance on the customer, redeemed with OTP. Both can apply on one invoice when the rules allow it.

The team follows up after you submit the form, walks through inventory, POS, and your channels, then scopes pricing from that conversation—not a public price list.
